Inspira Global, backed by Ajanta Pharma promoters, is securing ₹1,800 crore in private credit to acquire a controlling stake in Burger King’s India operator. The deal, channeled through its food arm Lenexis Foodworks, has already raised ₹1,050 crore via NCDs. The remaining funds are anticipated this month, signaling a significant move in the quick-service restaurant sector.
