Modern Bazaar is in talks with Reliance Retail, DS Group-owned Le Marche and two other premium chains for a strategic equity partnership or majority stake sale, even as its promoter says the business is not for sale. The gourmet grocery chain is battling falling store sales, quick-commerce competition, rising overheads and pending vendor payments.
