The Madhya Pradesh High Court has stayed an FSSAI order banning certain liquor products. This interim order was passed on August 6, preventing the ban’s immediate effect. The court cited the regulator’s failure to consider the company’s reply to its notice. The High Court directed the Centre to file its response within four weeks. The next hearing for this matter is scheduled for September 7.
