“Our approach with these proposed acquisitions is to build on what we already have rather than operate these businesses in isolation. We are looking to bring complementary businesses into our ecosystem and create stronger linkages between sourcing, processing, distribution and the end market. This gives us the opportunity to participate in a wider part of the food business while making better use of our existing capabilities and relationships,” NHC Foods Managing Director Satyam Shirishchandra Joshi added.
