FSSAI said action had been initiated against Amazon, Flipkart India, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto and BigBasket over allegedly misleading claims related to Happilo Premium Date Bites – Zesty Orange. Separately, Swiggy Instamart and BigBasket face action over alleged misleading claims and non-compliant product information involving three Milky Mist products – Fresh Low Fat Cream, Farm Fresh Curd and Greek Yoghurt.
